How are the loans grouped in a Series of Notes?

The loans within each Series of Notes are carefully selected based on their similarities. They originate from the same lending company in the same country and share common attributes such as loan type, interest rate, term range, and amount range. Investors can refer to the base prospectus and final terms for specific information on the loans comprising a particular Series of Notes.

Typically, a Series of Notes includes 10 to 15 loans, although the exact number may vary depending on the loan characteristics.
