Where You Invest When Investing with Nectaro: Part 2

Some time ago, we published an article explaining where your money goes when you invest with Nectaro – you can find it here.

The platform has continued to develop, with new structures and products being added, and it remains important for us to stay transparent and explain how things work, even as they get more complex.

We received a lot of positive feedback on our original article, as well as questions from investors. That is why we are coming to you with and update on the investment opportunities currently available on Nectaro and the structures behind them.

What can you invest in on Nectaro?

Currently, Nectaro still offers investments linked to three lending companies. This means there are three different prospectuses and three registered issuers available on the platform.

Two of these issuers are consumer lending companies that provide personal loans to private individuals. Both have been operating for many years, have established track records, and use diversified funding sources. When you invest in these companies, your financial instrument is backed by portfolios of personal loans issued to individual borrowers. The borrowers themselves are not disclosed.
The third issuer is Abele Finance, whose portfolio consists primarily of business loans to companies within the wider Ecofinance and Dyninno Group structure.

Here is each of them in more detail:

CreditPrime Romania (ECOFINANCE IFN SA)
CreditPrime Romania had a strong 2025, growing its financing volume by 40% compared to the last year and cementing its position as one of the leading alternative lending companies in the country. Given this track record, it's no surprise that CreditPrime Romania remains a favourite among Nectaro investors, who regularly ask us to increase the available supply. However, we expect supply to remain around current levels rather than increase significantly. CreditPrime Romania funds its steady growth from its own capital and continues to diversify its funding sources.

CreditPrime Moldova (OCN Ecofinance Technologies)
The company provides personal loans to private individuals in Moldova. In 2025 it experienced significant growth, climbing from 20th to 13th place among more than 100 microfinance institutions (MFIs) in the country, ranked by total assets. At the same time, the company has continued to adapt to changes in Moldova's regulatory environment. Since 2023, the non-bank lending sector has been under the supervision of the National Bank of Moldova, following a transition from the previous regulator. Due to this shift, CreditPrime Moldova, alongside other market participants, was subject to supervisory checks to ensure an alignment with the new regulatory framework. The company has used this process as an opportunity to strengthen its internal procedures and regulatory compliance. All observations raised have been addressed, and the company is now fully compliant with the regulator's expectations. Supply of CreditPrime Moldova investments on Nectaro is expected to remain broadly at current levels.

Abele Finance
It provides business financing to companies within the wider group structure. Its portfolio has grown significantly and includes loans to several businesses across different markets and sectors. For these companies, internal business loans provide a stable and predictable funding structure.

Abele Finance’s portfolio is currently split between the following companies:

•    CreditPrime Romania and CreditPrime Moldova (Ecofinance IFN SA and OCN Ecofinance Technologies)
Abele Finance provides business loans to CreditPrime Romania and CreditPrime Moldova, the consumer lending brands described above. These businesses provide personal loans to private individuals in Romania and Moldova and service those loans directly. Their underlying loan portfolios remain stable or are growing moderately.

•    Warm Cash Lending Corp.
A company that operates under the Honey Loan brand in the Philippines and provides instalment loans to individuals. 2025 marked its first full year of operations, during which the company launched its mobile app, reaching more than 500,000 downloads and bringing a significant number of new clients to the platform. The company remains in an early-stage investment and scaling phase, prioritising customer acquisition, market expansion and operational development. This stage of development is also reflected in the company's audited financial statements, which outline the continued financial support provided by its parent company and shareholders. With this backing, the company remains focused on strengthening its market position and building the foundation for long-term growth, with profitability expected as operations mature. The company continues to meet its financial obligations while carrying out these investments. As the business has expanded, its loan portfolio has grown in line with the volume of loans issued.

•    Dyninno Fintech Holding Limited
A holding company operating fintech businesses under the Ecofinance brand. It provides accessible, technology driven financial solutions across multiple markets. Funds invested through this structure support the financing needs of these businesses, including companies in Romania, Moldova, and the Philippines.
In Romania and Moldova, funding is provided through a subordinate loan that forms part of the equity structure of the respective businesses. In the Philippines, the funds support the growth of the business and financing of existing loan flows, including the refinancing of direct loans previously provided by Abele Finance.
Investing in these series of notes means investing at the holding company level, giving investors exposure to the broader Ecofinance business and its operations across multiple markets, rather than to a single country business.
The investment also reflects the confidence of the existing shareholders in Dyninno Holding Limited, with 15% participation in the holding company. This represents a higher level of shareholder participation than at the level of the individual country businesses.

•    Dyninno Technologies (Dynatech SIA)
It is a multi-product, multi-business technology hub supporting fintech, travel, and entertech ventures of the Dyninno Group across more than 50 countries. The investment opportunities in Dynatech SIA on Nectaro are available only in limited amounts. The company is cash positive and uses Nectaro funding for larger projects, with the relevant use of funds communicated to investors accordingly.

How does the guarantee work?
It is also important to understand the guarantee structure behind Abele Finance’s business loans.
Dyninno Fintech Holding Limited (DFHL), the parent company of the businesses mentioned above, excluding Dyninno Technologies and DFHL itself, has provided a guarantee for the repayment of business loans issued by Abele Finance.
At the same time, investors should be aware that Abele Finance has also issued loans directly to DFHL. Because DFHL is the guarantor, this means that the guarantee provides less additional protection for investments where DFHL itself is the borrower.
When the guarantee was first introduced, Nectaro’s exposure to DFHL was limited. That exposure has since grown, and we are reviewing how investor protections could be strengthened specifically for investments in DFHL made through Abele Finance. We will keep investors informed as this review progresses.

What is next?
Nectaro is also reviewing non-affiliated companies as potential additions to the platform.
We are approaching this process seriously and deliberately. Our zero-loss track record and the trust investors have placed in us are important, so we are focused on adding only those investment opportunities that meet our quality standards. We hope to share news on this before the end of the year.
At Nectaro, we believe in transparency, honesty, and strong corporate governance. These principles allow us to offer investors a structured, reliable, and well-managed investment product. We will continue to explain changes to the platform and investment structures as they develop.
