Where You Invest When Investing with Nectaro

Repetition is the mother of knowledge. At Nectaro, we stand for educated and confident investors. That is why we want to once again clearly explain one important question: where exactly your money is invested when you invest through Nectaro.

Currently, Nectaro offers investments linked to three lending companies. This means there are three different prospectuses and three registered issuers available on the platform.

Two of these are consumer lending companies that provide personal loans to private individuals. These companies have been operating for many years, have a proven track record, and use diversified funding sources. When you invest in these lending companies, your financial instrument is backed by personal loans issued to private individuals. The individual borrowers are not disclosed.

CreditPrime Romania

CreditPrime Romania (ECOFINANCE IFN SA) is a lending company providing personal loan products to borrowers in Romania. Most of its products are structured as flexible credit lines, where interest is charged only on the amount actually used by the borrower.

CreditPrime Moldova

CreditPrime Moldova (ECOFINANCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC) operates in a similar segment, offering personal loan products to borrowers in Moldova. These loans are designed to support everyday financial needs and come with clearly defined terms and repayment schedules.

Both CreditPrime Romania and CreditPrime Moldova service the loans they issue themselves. They are responsible for borrower communication and repayment collection.

Abele Finance

The third lending company available on Nectaro is Abele Finance. The name “Abele” means “apple tree” in Latvian, which aligns well with the Nectaro philosophy of investing as growing and nurturing capital over time.

Abele Finance provides business loans exclusively within the Ecofinance Group. When you invest in Abele Finance, your investment is backed by a business loan issued to one of the group’s companies.

In principle, the explanation could stop here. This structure is a common business practice and is comparable to consumer lending, where end borrowers are not disclosed.

However, Nectaro goes one step further. We provide additional transparency by showing exactly which loans, countries, and companies your invested funds are allocated to. The trade-off for this transparency is added complexity on the manual investment page.

Currently, the Abele Finance portfolio includes the following companies:

  • CreditPrime Romania and CreditPrime Moldova – the same consumer lending companies described above, providing personal loans to private individuals in Romania and Moldova and servicing these loans directly.
  • Warm Cash Lending Corp. – a consumer lending company providing short-term installment loans with flexible repayment options of up to six months. Loans are issued through the Honey Loan platform, available online and via a mobile app, allowing customers to quickly access funds for unexpected expenses.
  • Dyninno Fintech Holding Limited (DFHL) – a holding company operating fintech businesses under the EcoFinance brand, delivering accessible and technology-driven financial solutions across multiple markets.
  • Dyninno Technologies (Dynatech SIA) – a multi-product, multi-business technology hub supporting fintech, travel, and entertech ventures of the Dyninno Group across more than 50 countries.

From a technical and compliance perspective, the business loan setup is easier to maintain and manage. It also provides higher predictability for both Nectaro and investors.

It is important to note that the Ecofinance holding company Dyninno Fintech Holding Limited (DFHL), which is the parent company of all the businesses mentioned above, excluding Dynatech and Dyninno Fintech Holding Limited (DFHL) themselves, has provided a guarantee for the repayment of all business loans.

All of this information is publicly available and has always been so.

At Nectaro, we believe in transparency, honesty, and strong corporate governance. These principles allow us to offer investors a structured, reliable, and well-managed investment product.
