Abele Finance’s latest portfolio addition is Dyninno Technologies (Dynatech SIA) - a multi-product, multi-business tech hub powering travel, fintech, and entertech ventures of the Dyninno Group across more than 50 countries.

Strengthening the partnership through Skylux Travel
As a tech hub, Dynatech SIA supports different Dyninno Group ventures. One of its largest internal clients is - a call-to-book travel agency specializing in flight bookings and high-value ancillary products.
Unlike typical self-service booking platforms, Skylux Travel offers a personal, agent-assisted experience via phone or chat. This enables the company to serve travelers who need tailored solutions - from complex itineraries to premium cabin arrangements. Skylux Travel generates revenue through airfare commissions, service fees, and high-margin extras such as seat upgrades, travel care services, and VIP lounge access.
To further bolster the safety of this cooperation, Skylux Travel is providing a guarantee to Abele Finance on behalf of Dynatech SIA (three party Guarantee agreement between Skylux Travel, Abele Finance and Dynatech SIA has been signed).
