What are final terms?

The final terms serve as an accompanying document to the Notes base prospectus, providing specific details for each listed Series of Notes on the platform. These details include the series number, ISIN code, currency, denomination, price per Note, issuance date, maturity, interest rate, payment date, penalty fee, and more. Additionally, the final terms include information about the pool of loans associated with the Series of Notes, such as loan type, disbursement currency, total outstanding principal amount, interest rate, late payment interest, grace period, amortization method, extension possibility, limit on extensions, and skin in the game. Final terms are released once a specific Series of Notes is created.
