How does verification work?

Identity verification is an essential automated process that ensures it is indeed you who is creating an account with us. This verification procedure is in full compliance with laws and regulations aimed at detecting and preventing financial crime. Our trusted third-party verification service provider, SumSub, carries out the identity verification process.

Before initiating the verification, please ensure you have a valid and accepted identity document at hand, along with a laptop or smartphone equipped with a functioning camera. Once you grant SumSub access to your camera, you will be prompted to capture pictures of yourself and your document (front and back). Upon successful verification, you will receive a notification via email and the Nectaro notification center.
