How do I delete my Nectaro account?

You can request to delete your account in your Nectaro profile:

  1. Go to My profile > Security.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button to request account deletion.
  3. Confirm your request in the pop-up window.

Please note that an account can’t be deleted while it has active investments or a positive balance. Before you request deletion, make sure that:

  • all your investments have been repaid, and
  • you have withdrawn your full available balance to your bank account.

Please note: after your account is deleted, we may need to keep part of your data where regulations require it, for example under anti-money laundering rules. We store this data securely and keep it only for as long as the law requires.
