How can I change my bank account for withdrawals?

In order to comply with legal requirements, we can only process withdrawals to bank accounts that are registered in your name. To register a new bank account for withdrawals, simply initiate a deposit of at least €0.01 from your bank account to your Nectaro account. Once we receive and verify the deposit, we will add your bank account to the list of available options for withdrawals.

Please note that you cannot withdraw funds to common accounts from payment institutions or electronic money institutions. To withdraw funds to such accounts, you must register a unique IBAN account with our service.

If you wish to disable a bank account, you can do so in the "My Profile" section, ensuring it no longer appears in the list of available accounts for withdrawals.
