What can I do if I encounter issues with verification?

If you experience difficulties during the identity verification process, please consider the following tips that may help resolve the problem:

  • Check the validity of your document: Ensure that the document used for identity verification is valid and not expired.
  • Improve camera and network quality: For optimal results, we recommend using newer smartphones or devices with high-quality cameras. If using a laptop, ensure it has a reliable webcam. If poor image quality is causing verification failures, try switching to a different device, network, or camera (such as the front camera on your smartphone). Additionally, ensure proper lighting in the room and avoid strong background light.
  • Grant camera access: When accessing the verification webpage, make sure to grant permission for both the camera. Both are necessary for the verification process to function properly.
  • Consider network stability: If your verification session abruptly ends after taking the first or second picture, there may be an issue with your network connection. Try switching to a different network to resolve the problem.
